A celebration of all cultures through design
It all starts with people, and the curiosity to see the world through their eyes. When designing for someone else, both the culture and mental models are not just tools to solve business problems but also great inspirations and opportunities to create design that uniquely resonate with them.Â
Metrics and validation with a dash of intuition
It's easy to get too confortable with your opinions or too confident with an assumption, but it's also easy to measure everything to the point where numbers don't mean anything anymore. I believe intuition is a designer best friend that deserve to be listen and nurture, though always double checked, to create more interesting and daring solutions.Â
Invisible and mindful interface with an intentional bang
A great experience is mostly invisible, not because all frictions and complexity has been removed, but because they have been translated into clear and intuitive flows that users can go through without thinking too much about it. Which mean frictions can be also be great tool to make an experience memorable. Like an attention economist, it's all about treating users' time and attention like a limited currency that should be very mindfully used.Â
